SHIPPING INFORMATION
**International Shipments**
All international shipments will be processed and handled by UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout by the carrier and are set by your delivery location.
**Customs Fees**
You, the customer, are responsible for any and all customs, duties, brokerage, import fees and local taxes.
**Note**
Regarding US Addressed Freight Forwarding Services
We DO NOT have any control over the end US destination accepting/or showing receipt to a freight forwarding address. If you choose to ship to a freight forwarding company/address you assume all risk for this. We will not provide any refunds or replacements for orders showing "Delivered" by the UPS or USPS to the shipping address presented to us at checkout. Often times freight forwarders can lose items, then say it was never delivered. We accept no responsibility for this. Choose this option at your own risk. 
LEAD TIME POLICY

Our lead time policy is a global policy on all our products. Although our lead times can change, we have created a standard expectation for our products. 

Due to extreme demand and supply chain issues we want you to know what to expect before you order from us. 

All of our products are built and processed with great care, this takes time.

Please Note:

  • Our current lead time for individual retails orders of ALL PRODUCTS is 4-6 weeks production & processing time.
  •  
  • Our current leadtime for bulk & Wholesale orders of ALL PRODUCTS is 8-12 weeks production & processing time.

If you are placing an order for both prewired kits and loose parts and would like the loose parts to ship sooner than the prewired kit leadtime please place 2 seperate orders.

We fully understand that you want your product(s) as quickly as possible and we do our very best to build you a quality, long lasting piece of equipment that you will not only love, but love talking about as well. We strive to meet your expectations, but we aren't Amazon over here.

Here at Emerson Custom, we feel that we have fairly priced our products to fit any level of players budget. Our products are built by musicians, for musicians and we are confident you will love your Emerson Custom products.
DO YOU MAKE "LEFTY" OR LEFT HANDED PREWIRED KITS?
All of the prewired kits we build are built and spaced specifically for right handed guitars. Even Our Emerson Pro Pots that we use are made for use in right handed guitars. We don't recommend trying to modify our prewired kits to fit a left handed guitar as it will not work or function correctly. We do recommend that you take your guitar to local reputable guitar tech who can install new electronics for you. We don't stock or sell left handed pots (reverse audio taper) so you'll need to specifically ask them to order them from a vendor for you.
HOW DIFFICULT IS IS TO INSTALL ONE OF YOUR PREWIRED KITS?
Our prewired kits are fairly easy to install if you have a basic understanding of soldering and dis-assembly/ reassembly of a guitars pick guard/ control plates. You will need to be sure and attach/ secure a string ground and solder it to the ground plane (back of one of the pots on the prewired kit). We do recommend that you have some previous soldering experience in order to install our prewired kits without any issues. A soldering iron with at least a 40 watt power rating is highly recommended.
